Available warranty coverage may vary depending on the service performed and the parts or equipment installed. 

Workmanship and Labor Coverage

Many of our services include workmanship or labor warranty coverage. The length and terms of that coverage may vary depending on the type of work performed.

Warranty coverage applies to the work listed on your invoice and is subject to the terms provided at the time of service.

Parts and Equipment Warranties

Parts and equipment may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty length, registration requirements, coverage, and exclusions vary by manufacturer and product.

Manufacturer warranties generally cover eligible parts or equipment but may not include diagnostic charges, labor, shipping, refrigerant, or other related expenses unless specifically stated.

We are happy to help you understand the warranty information associated with the products we install.

Customer-Provided Parts and Equipment

We cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, condition, or performance of parts or equipment supplied by a customer. For that reason, customer-provided products are not covered by our parts warranty.

Any labor warranty associated with installing customer-provided products will be explained before the work begins and documented on the invoice when applicable.

What May Not Be Covered

Warranty coverage may not apply to problems caused by:

• Improper use, neglect, or lack of recommended maintenance
• Alterations or repairs performed by another person or company
• Pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to our original work
• Damage caused by freezing, flooding, fire, power issues, severe weather, pests, or other circumstances outside our control
• Normal wear and tear
• Customer-provided parts or equipment
• Manufacturer exclusions or expired manufacturer coverage
