Cy Pinto is a Plumbing and HVAC Apprentice with three years of hands-on experience supporting both plumbing repairs and HVAC work. His primary focus is learning from senior technicians and applying that knowledge in the field to deliver reliable, high-quality service to customers.

Cy assists with a wide range of services, including water heaters, tankless systems, garbage disposals, and bathroom drain repairs, and has been involved in numerous installations—from small repairs to full HVAC system installs. He brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine eagerness to grow in the trade.

Outside of work, Cy is a motivated young plumber who is always looking to expand his skills and knowledge and is eager to continue developing his career in the field.

Daisy Cahn is an Apprentice who is currently on her journey to become a plumber and grow her specialty in the trade. In her role, she assists with preparing job sites, managing tools and materials, helping with installations, and ensuring clean-up is completed properly. Her focus is on learning every aspect of the trade while supporting the team in delivering quality service to customers.

Daisy is committed to expanding her skills and gaining hands-on experience in the field. She takes pride in being dependable, hardworking, and eager to grow within the plumbing industry.

Outside of work, Daisy is a proud mother of two daughters, and her family has served in the military.

Guy Barnard is a highly experienced Plumbing and HVAC Technician with over 27 years in the plumbing trade and several years of HVAC experience. He began his plumbing career in Chicago in 1999, later relocating to Colorado in the early 2000s, where he continued to build his expertise.

Guy originally joined the Colorado Green Plumbing, Heating & Cooling team in 2015 and is well-versed in all aspects of plumbing while also being highly knowledgeable in HVAC systems. Customers appreciate his depth of experience, versatility, and dependable approach to every job.

Outside of work, Guy enjoys spending time with his daughter and friends and values staying connected with the people closest to him.

Jeremiah Cooley is a skilled Residential Plumber and HVAC Service Technician with over 19 years of HVAC expertise and 5 years of plumbing experience. Since joining the team in 2021, Jeremiah has remained committed to continually expanding his knowledge and finding better ways to serve homeowners with reliable, high-quality solutions.

He specializes in furnace and air conditioning installations, ductless mini-split systems, and both traditional and tankless water heater repairs. Customers appreciate Jeremiah’s dedication, professionalism, and service-first mindset on every job.

Outside of work, Jeremiah enjoys spending time with his children, playing Warhammer, fishing, and being active in his church community.

Nate Dalton is a skilled Residential Plumber with nine years of industry experience, all of which have been with Colorado Green Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. He is dedicated to delivering quality workmanship while always keeping customer satisfaction and the customer’s best interests at the forefront of every job.

Nate specializes in residential plumbing repair and has hands-on experience using drain equipment, PEX, and ProPress tools to complete repairs efficiently and professionally. Customers appreciate his dependable service, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys playing soccer and staying active.

Vincent Papworth is an experienced HVAC Technician with 30 years in the industry, specializing in heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, HVAC installations, and boiler service. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to helping homeowners make informed decisions by providing honest recommendations, educating customers on proper equipment care, and offering preventative maintenance solutions.

In addition to his extensive technical expertise, Vincent has served as a field supervisor for installation and service teams and has helped train technicians at multiple companies. His wealth of experience, customer-first approach, and dedication to quality workmanship make him a trusted resource for homeowners seeking dependable HVAC solutions.

Outside of work, Vincent enjoys collecting Star Wars memorabilia and World War II firearms, reflecting his appreciation for history and iconic collectibles.

Cecilia Zackoff serves as the Office and Marketing Manager, bringing more than 20 years of marketing experience and over 15 years of graphic design experience to the team. She holds an Associate of Science in Graphic Design from The Art Institute, which supports her strong eye for branding, visual communication, and creative strategy.

Although she is new to Colorado Green Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Cecilia has known Paul and Debbie for the past seven years and is excited to support the company’s continued growth.

Cecilia plays a key role in keeping office operations running smoothly while leading the development of marketing plans, branding efforts, and social media outreach. Her creativity, professionalism, and passion for connecting with customers help ensure the company’s message and service values are reflected in everything they do.

Fun fact: Cecilia was in show choir in high school and loves attending Broadway musicals whenever she can.
